Annual General Meeting - Tues 2 March 2021
The Annual General Meetings of The Little Ship Club and Little Ship Club Limited will be held at 1830 on Tuesday 2 March 2021.
The formal Notices of Meeting will be sent out in February, but please put this date in your diary, as it is important that as many members as possible attend our AGMs
Every member of the Committee, including the Officers and Flag Officers, is elected annually by the members (apart from the Honorary Legal Adviser, who is appointed by the Committee). In that sense every post will be vacant at the AGM.
Nominations close on 19 January 2021
The Committee has determined its 2021 structure in accordance with Rule 13.3.There is also one vacancy for elected members of the President's Committee. Candidates must have served prior to election at least five consecutive years of membership of the Club and at least three full years as a Director of Little Ship Club Limited in accordance with Rule 25.1.2
Nominations for election to the Committee or to the President's Committee close on 19 January 2021.
The Club depends on members giving their time and the benefit of their experience to run its affairs and promote its success. Please consider standing for election to the Committee or the President's Committee and helping to run your Club.
